Job Description

Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of North Atlanta is a busy restoration company in the Norcross area currently seeking a results-driven individual to serve our customers and company as a Administrative Assistant. Our industry offers the unique opportunity to help homeowners and property owners who find themselves in moments of chaos, and help return their homes, property and lives to normalcy.

Our Administrative Assistants are tasked with serving as our company’s first impression. Our Administrative Assistant is the first contact industry professional, our customers and our clients have with our company. You will be responsible for all levels of customer service, including greeting customers, speaking with customers, clients and industry professional over the phone, following up with our customers and clients on their satisfaction and warranties. Our Administrative Assistants are also tasked with marketing to industry professionals and past customers and clients.
 
The ideal candidate must  maintain a professional appearance and display the Paul Davis brand with pride by living out our Core Values,
Mission, Vision and Serving Basics. Fluency in Spanish is a help!

 
Job Summary:

·         Office Management: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, including proper filing, inventory management of office supplies, uniforms and equipment, and maintaining active certifications, permits and licensures for the business.
·         Communication: Handle all incoming calls, loss-intakes and correspondence between customers, subtrades and vendors.
·         Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members or executives.
·         Data Entry: Input and update data in databases and spreadsheets, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
o   Proficiency in MS office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and tech savvy.
·         Support Functions: Assist the Office Manager, HR Manager and Accounting Department with various tasks.
·         Customer Service: Provide support to clients or customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
·         Collaboration: Work with other team members to support projects and initiatives, ensuring smooth collaboration and communication.
 

 



 
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
